• 12 sessions: $1980.00 ($165.00 / 55-60min session)

Meld PT is a private-pay, fee for service provider, not networked with any insurance. Payments are accepted  by Zelle, cash, check, credit, debit, or HSA/FSA cards (via Square). Please indicate on your intake form whether you require a superbill, or would like a detailed receipt.
